| Returns and Exchanges: |
| -All Exchanges and Returns MUST be made within 30 days of purchase.
-All sales are final for customized products. These items cannot be returned or exchanged.
-We cannot accept returns for underwear and items of its kind, jocks/cups, tights or wrestling singlets.
-Any opened bat, must be returned to the manufacturer. We will not accept bats opened by a customer.
-You will be charged 20% restocking charge on all returns. Not on an exchange.
*For Exchanges:
The item/s must be returned in original condition, in original boxes, and with all paperwork, parts and accessories to insure exchange. All exchanges must have a "Return Authorization Number" on the label or box. Exchanges received without "RA" number may be rejected. Please call or email for a "RA" number. The customer is responsible for shipping charges for returning the item and again to have another item shipped back to them. There is NO restocking charge for exchanges.
-If we have shipped you the wrong item, size or color we will be happy to credit you the full amount of your purchase. We do no send out "call tags" for returns. You must return the item ground shipping we will refund you up to $8.95 for items that were the result of a manufacturer error or a error on Coaches Choice part.

You will receive this refund within 30 days of our receiving your returned product. All orders will be shipped UPS. The only exceptions are for a F.P.O. Box. Please call Coaches Choice Sports Equipment to make arrangements if you require shipments to a F.P.O. Box. Shipping charges of $8.95 are for 10lbs or less UPS Ground. Higher weights, or other shipping types will be more. Expected Delivery Time UPS Ground In-stock orders is two weeks from the date we receive your order. Shipping notes: We will inform you by e-mail within 24 hours on all out-of-stock items. If you would like UPS Next Day, or 2nd Day air please call for rates. Orders to Alaska and Hawaii must be shipped UPS 2nd Day Air or Next Day Air, please call. .
